列車爆破炎上 ６０人以上が死亡
インドのデリーとパキスタンのラホールを結ぶ鉄道で２車両が爆破され，炎上，少なくとも６６人の死者が出るという惨事が起こりました．

使用されたのは軍用火薬であるＲＤＸ*1で，灯油かガソリンを一緒にスーツケースに仕込んでいたようです．近く行われる外相会談を控えての分離主義者によるテロではないかと報道されています．
昨年もカシミールのテログループLashkar-e-Taiba (LeT)*2による爆弾テロや列車爆破テロがありました．関係者は背後にパキスタンも関与しているのではないかと睨んでいます．

At least 66 people have reportedly died after blasts ripped through two bogies of the Samjhauta Express on Sunday night.
This is perhaps the first terror attack to target citizens of both countries, simultaneously.
According to reports, most victims are believed to be Pakistanis.
Pakistani authorities are on their way to site after getting clearance from India's Ministry of External Affairs.
Some of the injured have been taken to a hospital in Panipat and the rest are being brought to Delhi's Safdarjung Hospital.
Attack condemned
Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has expressed anguish and grief over the deaths.
Condemning the incident, Railway Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav said it was an attempt to derail the improving relations between the sides.
"It was an attempt to derail the improving ties between the two countries. I do not rule out sabotage since IEDs have been found," he added.
Home Minister Shivraj Patil, who visited the scene of the attack, also echoed similar sentiments.
"Whoever is behind the incident is against peace and wants to spoil our growing relationship with other countries," he said.
IEDs recovered
Government officials say at least two blasts took place on Sunday night at 11.54 pm (IST).
As a result of the blast, at about 1.50 am (IST) on Monday, two bogies of the train caught fire. This happened in Deewana near Panipat, just 100 km from New Delhi.
Relief and rescue operations are underway and forensic experts are surveying the spot.
Three IEDs, which were recovered from the scene, were kept in suitcases along with inflammable liquids. The live bombs were later defused by experts.
Reports quoting intelligence sources say the use of RDX was ruled out but militants from Pakistan are suspected to be behind the incident.
The train, which left the Old Delhi Railway Station on Sunday night at 10.40 pm (IST) was on its way to Attari on the Indian side of the Wagah border. The train later left to complete its journey to Lahore.
Terror and diplomacy
The incident comes ahead of Pakistan Foreign Minister Khurshid Mahmud Kasuri's arrival in India on Tuesday.
"It is a horrendous act of terrorism. I would like the Indian government to investigate this incident. We are waiting for the results of the investigation," he said.
Kasuri is scheduled to co-chair the India-Pak Joint Commission with his Indian counterpart Pranab Mukherjee.
It is believed that during his visit, the much talked about joint anti-terror mechanism with Pakistan will get its first act together.
Meanwhile, the Indian government has said it will issue quick visas to the kin of Pakistani nationals, killed or injured in the attack.
Technically, the express is called the Attari Special. Passengers are transferred to the Samjhauta Express at the Attari railway station near the Wagah border for the journey into Pakistan.

Deewana, Haryana: In a suspected terror attack, 64 people, including some Pakistani nationals, were killed in explosions believed to have been set off by IEDs in two coaches of the Delhi-Attari special train for Lahore in Deewana near Panipat, about 100 kms from Delhi.
Several people were also injured in the incident, which the Northern Railway said was a clear case of sabotage.
The explosions in the train took place at 11.55 pm on Sunday night. The bi-weekly train left the Old Delhi railway station at 10.40 pm on Sunday night. Northern Railway General Manger V N Mathur, who reached the spot from Delhi, told reporters that two suitcases were recovered from the spot -- one from the rail track and one from the train.
Both the suitcases contained IEDs -- one of them also had incendiary material, either kerosene or petrol, he said.
He said he had talked to the gateman near Deewana station who told him that he had heard two "distinct explosions".
"From this evidence we deduce that this was a clear case of sabotage," Mathur said.
The two coaches, where all the deaths took place, were completely gutted and only the charred remains were visible. After detaching those two coaches, the rest of the train left for Attari via Wagah.
Superintendent of Police (Panipat) Mohinder Singh Sheoran told PTI that forensic experts from Madhuban were summoned.
A senior police officer said a Pakistani national has also given information to police regarding some explosive being planted in the train.
The official said Shamshuddin, the Pak national, was travelling in the train.
Two Railway Protection Force (RPF) personnel, who were on duty in the two compartments were missing, he said adding that it was suspected that they could be among the dead.
The train runs non-stop from Delhi to Attari where the passengers are shifted to the Samjhauta Express, which goes to Lahore after customs and immigration clearances.
The train only has operational halts at some stations, including Ludhiana and no passenger can alight or board it en route.
